Veliki broj poduzetnica i poduzetnika računa na pomoć države, ali se uzda najviše u vlastite sposobnosti preživljavanja

Dnevno u Hrvatskoj od korona virusa oboli od 50 do 100 građana, dok ih od 1000 do 1.500 ostane bez posla zbog posljedica pandemije koja je zahvatila i sektor gospodarstva. Mjere Vlade RH usmjerene realnom tržištu za očuvanje radnih mjesta dobro su došla potpora, ali i dalje ostaje pitanje – kako preživjeti. Bližimo se brojci od 150 tisuća nezaposlenih, a tek je na izmaku prvi mjesec izolacije i poslovne stagnacije, od najmanje tri koliko nam predviđaju liječnici.

U situaciji kakva jeste snalazi se iznimna poduzetnica Bernarda Cecelja, vlasnica dviju tvrtki, koje upošljavaju više od 250 zaposlenika. Tvrtka Bernarda Nova, za ugostiteljstvo i hotelijerstvo nalazi se u općini Vidovec, Varaždinska županija, od prvog dana uvođenja mjera zabrane rada je zatvorena. Ova je tvrtka pokrenula veliki investicijski program gradnje hotela visoke kategorije, no radovi su djelomično stali jer je dio izvođača u izolaciji, a dobava repromaterijala stiže iz Italije što je dodatno pogoršalo poslovnu aktivnost. Tvrtka Bernarda iz Nedelišća, Međimurska županija, bavi se proizvodnjom kreveta i madraca i još odolijeva “udarima korone”.

– No i tu nam je proizvodnja prepolovljena, dio radnika je na godišnjem , a dio radi na način da smo organizirali dvije smjene kako bi se osigurao što veći razmak između djelatnika i spriječila moguću zaraza. Smanjenje proizvodnje bilo je nužno jer 70 posto svega što proizvodimo ujedno i izvozimo, najviše u hotele diljem Europe, a naši kupci su zatvorili svoje objekte. Osim toga zatvorili smo prodajne salone, kako u inozemstvu tako i u Hrvatskoj. Ne možemo robu otpremati na hrvatske otoke kod nas, a isto tako i trgovački centri nam ne uzimaju robu jer su i oni zatvoreni – opisala je trenutačno stanje u svojim tvrtkama poduzetnica Bernarda Cecelja.

Najavljuje da će za tvrtku Bernarda Nova koja u cijelosti miruje uzeti subvencije od države, dok će razliku do punog iznosa plaća svih radnika nadopuniti iz vlastiti rezervi, kako ne bi bilo nikakvih rezanja prihoda za zaposlenike u ovom trenutku. Tvrtka Bernarda koja radi smanjenim kapacitetima isplatit će i pune osobne dohotke, ali će se tek vidjeti koliko će se trenutačno poslovanje smanjiti u svom prometu zbog čega će se tražiti i pomoć države.

Svakako nam predstoje izazova vremena, jasna je poduzetnica Bernarda Cecelja.

– I ova kriza će proći, moramo štedjeti na svakom koraku,te kako volim reći – pokriti se onoliko koliko nam je poplun širok. Sigurno ćemo još dugo osjećati posljedice nastale situacije, no moramo se nekako organizirati. Koristit ćemo godišnje odmore, a kasnije ako neće ići drugačije idemo svi na minimalac. Uprava se odrekla svojih plaća, od banaka tražimo moratorij na otplatu kredita, a kasnije ćemo vidjeti hoćemo li ići na nove kredite. Tu moramo isto biti oprezni s obzirom da već imamo kredite koji će nam dolaziti na naplatu. Moramo razmišljati pozitivno, raditi moramo, a nadam se da će se za nekoliko mjeseci stanje poboljšati – razmišljanja su poduzetnice Bernarde Cecelja koja upošljava više od 250 djelatnika, te kojima nije smanjivala plaću niti zatvarala radna mjesta unatoč pandemiji i stanju u gospodarstvu.

U vrlo nezavidnoj poziciji našla se i Tanja Ana Kaužljar, vlasnica frizerskog salona Danu iz Zagreba čija je poslovna aktivnost među prvima zbog korone morala biti obustavljena.

– Moj frizerski salon ne posluje od 16. ožujka jer sam ga samoinicijativno zatvorila na preporuku Stožera civilne zaštite, a od 19. ožujka i na temelju Odluke Vlade RH o mjerama ograničavanja društvenih okupljanja, rada u trgovini, uslužnih djelatnosti i održavanja sportskih i kulturnih događanja. Trenutačno imam pet zaposlenih osoba u frizerskom salonu, dok mi je jedna frizerka na bolovanju radi komplikacija u trudnoći. Frizerski salon posluje skoro 19 godina na temeljima timskog rada i u ovo krizu smo ušle zajedno, te nisam ostavila bez posla niti jednu radnicu. Kako frizerski salon, zbog financijskih problema ne bi bio zatvoren, predala sam zahtjev za subvencije od države za očuvanje radnih mjesta još 25. ožujka – osvrnula se na aktualnu situaciju vlasnica frizerskog salona Danu iz Zagreba.

Kao poduzetnica s iskustvom rada gotovo dva desetljeća na realnom tržištu izlaz iz ove zdravstveno – gospodarske situacije vidi u dva smjera.

– Provedba sankcija protiv svih osoba koje svojim neodgovornim ponašanjem narušavaju zdravlje i živote drugih građana jer bi se na taj način brže izašlo iz ovog stanja blokade većine gospodarskog sustava. Drugi smjer je poticanje održavanja i razvoj poduzetnika iz Republike Hrvatskoj, odnosno sudjelovanje poduzetnika u kreiranju odluka Vlade RH. U mojoj djelatnosti to bi značilo skoro otvaranje salona pod strogim mjerama zaštite zdravlja od CIVIT-19 virusa – jasna je ova poduzetnica.

Poslovanje u vrijeme pandemije Covida 19, koja ostavlja duboki trag na sve aspekte života, pa tako i onog gospodarskog,  i za poduzetnicu Mirelu Relković iz Nove Gradiške, vlasnice tvrtke Kontoar d.o.o., svakako je izazovno, no ističe da se i s tim izazovom jako dobro nosi.

– Slušajući prvenstveno samu sebe uspjela sam predvidjeti situaciju mudrim odlukama i sačuvati svoje poslovanje. I ne samo sačuvati nego ponuditi neke nove načine poslovanja i komuniciranja, koje sam već upotrebljavala, ali drugi na tržištu – nisu. Dodala bih da je tome pridonijela i moja znatiželja pa sebe kao osobu usudim “gurnuti” u nepoznato i tako sebe pripremati unaprijed za izazove poput ovih današnjih. Naravno da je određeni broj mojih klijenata “preko noći” ostao zatvoren i bez nula prihoda – ali mi nitko nije otkazao usluge, ali to je ipak manji dio klijenata. U ovoj situaciji vrlo je primjenjiva poslovica – ne stavljati sva jaja u jednu košaru, koja se barem kod mene i potvrđuje ispravnom. Tu je i veliko međusobno povjerenje između mojih klijenata i mojih zaposlenika, kao jedan od najvažnijih ključeva sadašnjeg poslovanja – ističe poduzetnica iz Nove Gradiške Mirela Relković naglašavajući da kod nje nije bilo otpuštanja zaposlenika, te da će u novonastaloj situaciji imati potreba i otvarati nova radna mjesta. Ova poduzetnica vidi i izlaz iz nastale gospodarske situacije – prvenstveno, savjetuje vlasnica tvrtke Kontoar d.o.o. kroz potpuno drugačije razmišljanje o poslovanju.

– Treba otkriti svoje “skrivene” resurse – a ima ih i naša država jako puno – samo nisu mogli doći do izražaja i nije im se posvećivala dovoljna pažnja. Kao što treba biti hrabar u vođenju države, u ovim trenucima, tako i svaki poduzetnik treba početi promišljati o svom poslovanju na nov način. Nema čekanja – svako odgađanje i čekanje da pandemija prođe dovodi do nepovratnog gubitka. Za one koji se nalaze u takvoj situaciji preporučujem odmak od svakodnevice i prepuštanju negativnih vijesti. Naučite slušati sebe, okružite se dobrim materijalima za čitanje o poslovanju, o društvu, životu…kako kome odgovara i vidjet ćete da će ideje dolaziti same…Upravo tim idejama se veselim! Čeka nas novo razdoblje poslovanja i života općenito – ja sam spremna na sve – a Vi? – zaključuje ova poduzetnica.

Znatno suroviju gospodarsku situaciju i poslovanje ima OPG Krešimir Lovrec iz mjesta Štrigova u Međimurskoj županiji, koji iza sebe imaju višegeneracijsku vinogradarsko-vinarsku tradiciju. Sada izrazito na udaru pandemije

– Nakon što je iznenada i potpuno neočekivano sletio crni labud COVID-19 i u Hrvatsku, izazvavši zloćudnu koronu, nama malim poduzetnicima u vinskom turizmu bio je to pravi šok. Sve je preko noći potpuno stalo. Strah i gotovo oduzetost od njega, bile su prve reakcije. Od čega ovdje u srcu vinograda živjeti kad imamo samo vino po kojeg nitko ne smije doći kupiti niti ga smiješ nekamo dostaviti. Prodaja je za sada minimalna, kako bi se reklo, za kruh i mlijeko. Ipak dovoljno da se počinje vraćati kakav-takav optimizam. Planove za povratak angažmanu oko vinskog turizma ne možemo trenutno imati jer realno gledajući, povratku normalnom stanju možemo se nadati tek možda iduće godine – precizna je oko sadašnjeg stanja u poslovanju Jasna Lovrec. Što se tiče radnika najveći dio poslova u OPG-u obavlja se vlastitim kadrovskim resursima, uz povremeno korištenje sezonskih radnik. No svjesni su da moraju aplicirati na ponuđene subvencije države jer bez pomoći države ni oni ne mogu dalje. No, koliko i kako, ostaje pitanje u glavamo ovih poduzetnika iz vinorodnih međimurskih krajobraza.

– Austrija je bogatija država od Hrvatske, ali kad bismo mi mogli preslikati njihov model pomoći gospodarstvu, bilo bi puno bolje. Mali poduzetnici sami, mogu jedino propasti bez pomoći države. Mi ovisimo o prodaji vina ponajviše kroz turizam i restorane, a sada je to blokirano. Grozim se pomisliti da bismo brižno njegovana vina u koja je uloženo puno truda i novca u vinogradu i podrumu, bili prisiljeni ponuditi nekoj destileriji. Katastrofa i sramota za hrvatsku vinsku kulturu koja još i k tome teži ekologiji, pa makar i u situaciji epidemije korone. Mi se još jedino nadamo nekoj prodaji butelji pojedincima, tvrtkama i institucijama putem dostavnih službi u Hrvatskoj koji mogu prepoznati iskrena vina. Strani turisti i hrvatski i ex-patrijati zasigurno će opet doći kad odleti crni labud. Lijepo od njih je što nam se ponekad jave s riječima ohrabrenja i želje da nas ponovno posjete kad bude moguće – ocjenjuje Jasna Lovrec nastalo stanje u svom biznisu, ali i gospodarstvu cijele države.

Spas od države treba i mlada poduzetnica Melisa Idrizi iz Nove Gradiške, koja je iznimno sadržajno, kvalitetno i sveobuhvatno gradila svoje poduzetništvo.

Njezin fizioterapeutski centar pod nazivom Femur ne radi zbog zabrane poslovanja, a kada će otvoriti vrata, u uvjetima nastalih okolnosti iznimno je teško predvidjeti.

– Kako sam fizioterapeut i moj posao je isključivo fizički kontakt radi zaštite svojih klijenata i sebe same obustavila sam sve poslovne aktivnosti, a one najosnovnije svele su se na održavanje kontakta online ili telefonski s mojim klijentima. Zdravlje i zaštita na prvom su mjestu trenutačno – ističe vlasnica fizioterapeutskog centra Femur. Melisa Idrizi koja je iz Nove Gradiške, ali se poduzetništvom bavi u Zagrebu, uzela je poticaje od države za prevladavanje krize u poslovanju, napose jer joj novci trebaju zbog plaćanja najma poslovnog prostora, kao i osnovnih troškova centra kada nema klijenata. Sve što nam se događa vidi kao odličnu priliku za nova rješenja u poslovanju, ali i na osobnom razvoju.

–  Smatram da je izlaz kroz rad na sebi, pripremi za visoki start kada dođe vrijeme za to, te održavanje kontakata s već postojećim te informiranjem novih klijenata o svojem poslovanju i uslugama koje nudim. U mojoj priči, zdravlje, pokret i opće stanje organizma ne bira vrijeme. Niti pandemiju niti gospodarske uvjete. Rad na sebi u potpunosti se treba primjenjivati u svakom trenutku. Jer vidimo, ako nas zdravlje izda, nemamo kontrolu kao niti sada – smatra ova mlada poduzetnica.
